'Tech' free tea break
Murphy Ireland (Murphy International Ltd. & Murphy Process Engineering Ltd) are asking all staff to get involved in our Company initiative to have a 'tech' free tea break whilst raising much needed funds for Pieta House on Monday the 21st October 2019. While taking some small steps towards better mental health you can also raise the funds that Pieta needs to keep their doors open and their services free.
Overusing technology is bad for your sleep, your relationships, your productivity, and your self-esteem. Even a small break from technology can help your brain relax and recharge. You don't have to live in the woods to benefit from a digital detox. Start small and limit your screen time.
