I'm fundraising for Pieta

Hi everyone, I'm doing a FeelGood fundraiser to support Pieta.

FeelGood with Pieta is about taking small steps towards better mental health, while also raising the funds that Pieta need to keep their doors open and services free, for everyone. They provide therapeutic counseling services to people who are in suicidal distress and those who engage in self-harm.

Will you please support my efforts with a donation to Pieta? Every euro makes a BIG difference.

Hiketober Climb Over

High above Cloughmore stone lies Slieve Martin and Slieve Meen. Great to be back were we started but in better shape both in our physical health and more importantly mental health to make our final climb of the series.

Hiketober Penultimate Peak

After the wind,rain and mist of Slieve Gullion of the previous week, We rose again to battle the elements. The  Annalong valley and Cove Mountain were the backdrop to this challenge. This was made so easy by the beautiful weather, great craic, lovely fellow walkers and fantastic leaders.

First HikeTober peak Camlough Mountain

Our first climb in HikeTober, Camlough Mountain, such a lovely place on our doorstep. 

The first of another set of peak challenges set by John and the team @ Peak Health and Mind.

Four more Peaks

Help me to help someone else Take 2.            After the success of the 4 peak challenges I was short of my target for Pieta House. Peak Mind and Health were running another event Hiketober with another 4 Peaks over October and November so it was an easy decision to go again.So for those of you who have already sponsored me, many thanks again and those of you, that haven't and are able to please give what you can. Life is for Living. Breathe and live in the moment.
